COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS

MVCC Member communities include Kettering, Centerville, Miamisburg, Springboro, West Carrollton, Oakwood, Moraine and Germantown.

Besides our eight member communities, MVCC has 23 affiliate members and those communities receive discounts on training and are eligible to participate in some programs offered through MVCC.

Each member city shall appoint one member of its legislative authority to the MVCC board. Those communities with population in excess of 20,000 shall be permitted to appoint one additional delegate for each 20,000 in population. The board is required to hold a minimum of six(6) meetings per year, and elects the chair and vice chair.
