| If you have been promoted from within, you may find yourself having to manage the very people you were working with as a peer. Your success in your new position will be in your ability to engage your peers as a new team and get them comfortable with collaborating with you as the boss.
Transitioning from Peer to Supervisor Maybe you have been working hard to be promoted to a management position and that is around the corner for you, or it has recently happened. Transitioning from co-worker to boss is exciting and can also lead to some sticky situations and unique challenges. In this course you will learn the following:
