Day 1
- Explain why self-awareness is foundational to effective leadership and describe strategies for developing it.
- Identify their personal leadership style and articulate how it influences their approach to managing others
- Articulate their own core values and apply motivational theory to design leadership approaches that shape decisions and support individual employee performance.
- Explore best practices for creating a culture of engagement.

Day 2:
- Recognize the four core communication styles and how they shape team dynamics and apply this understanding to approach others more effectively in the workplace.
- Explore how conflicts escalate and practice strategies for turning conflict into constructive, productive conversations.
- Explain the characteristics of high-performing teams through the lens of Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions model, identifying how trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and a focus on collective results serve as building blocks to leverage for team effectiveness.
- Apply Situational Leadership principles to a real workplace scenario to improve employee performance and development.
- Create a leadership development plan.
