Every organization is unique to itself with different leaders and variety of groups and employees. We will look at some of keys to organizational behavior through the lens of the organization itself as well as individuals and their interactions within groups. What are some of the different behaviors, perceptions and attitudes that we bring to work that impact the dynamics of the people we work with. This will be an interactive workshop learning about us and the impact we can have on the organization and others! Learning tools, assessments, and group discussions! In this workshop we are going to look at the following:

  • What is Organizational Behavior and why explore it?
  • Why is it important to understand our behaviors and that of others at work? How do they impact the workplace?
