Thriving at Work: Boosting Health, Wellness, and Engagement

In today’s fast-paced environment, employee well-being is directly linked to engagement, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. This interactive three-hour workshop, “Thriving at Work: Boosting Health, Wellness, and Engagement for Peak Performance,” explores the critical relationship between workplace wellness and employee success.

Participants will gain insights into the impact of physical, mental, and emotional health on their performance and learn practical strategies to enhance well-being in the workplace. Through discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world applications, attendees will discover ways to reduce stress, maintain a balance of work-life, and cultivate a culture of engagement within their teams.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 

  • Understand the Connection Between Well-Being and Engagement – Identify how physical, mental, and emotional wellness impact productivity, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Implement Practical Wellness Strategies – Learn simple, effective techniques to improve physical health, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being in a corporate setting.
  • Foster a Culture of Wellness and Engagement – Explore ways to create a supportive work environment that encourages healthy habits, work-life balance, and employee participation.
  • Develop a Personal Wellness and Engagement Plan – Create an actionable plan to integrate wellness practices into daily work routines, leading to sustained engagement and performance.Presenter By: Brenda Costa, Ph.D., is the founder of Learn Grow Lead, LLC, helping organizations create meaningful, engaging workplaces by equipping managers and employees with the tools and behaviors needed to lead effectively, collaborate, and achieve results. The mission is grounded in over 30 years of experience in workforce development and higher education. Currently serving as the Program Director for Xavier University’s Adult and Professional Education Program, Brenda continues to adjunct in undergraduate and graduate leadership programs at Wright State University and Wilmington College.Presenter By: Tracy Rice, LPCC-S, is the founder of Synergistic Journeys, offering personalized therapy and transformative experiences integrating diverse healing modalities to support mind, body, and spirit alignment. Through tailored strategies and expert guidance, Tracy helps clients navigate life with clarity, balance, and purpose. Tracy offers one-on-one and couples therapy, creative expression and healing workshops, and therapist training.
