Leading with Intension: The New Rules of Engagementfor the Workforce of Tomorrow
Workshop Description:

The workforce is evolving—and so must our leadership. In today’s complex and fast-changing environment, traditional employee engagement strategies are no longer enough. Leaders are being called to create environments where people not only show up but want to engage—where they find meaning in their work, feel safe to speak up, and have the psychological availability to contribute at their best.

This interactive workshop explores the “new rules of engagement” for the future of work, rooted in intentional leadership. Participants will examine how meaningfulness, psychological safety, and psychological availability are reshaping what it means to engage a modern workforce. Through evidence-based practices, self-assessment, and practical tools, attendees will walk away with clear strategies to lead with purpose, presence, and impact.

Whether you’re leading a team, a department, or a culture shift, this session offers a roadmap for energizing and empowering your people in a way that’s sustainable, human-centered, and future-ready.

 Learning Objectives:

By the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:

  1. Define intentional leadership and explain its role in shaping future-ready teams.
  2. Identify the core drivers of modern engagement—meaningfulness, psychological safety, and psychological availability—and recognize how they show up (or don’t) in their own teams.
  3. Apply practical frameworks and tools to foster trust, connection, and resilience within the workplace.
  4. Facilitate strengths-based conversations that increase individual purpose and team alignment.
  5. Design a personalized action plan to implement at least one “new rule of engagement” within 30 days.
