Leadership Beyond Expertise: Building Resilient Teams
and Effective Supervision
Explore the management skills that distinguish effective leaders
from technical experts, including fostering collaboration,
navigating uncertainty, and building resilient, high-performing
teams. Participants will also hear from an experienced supervisors
panel who will share practical insights on leadership,
communication, conflict resolution, employee motivation, and
the transition from peer to supervisor. This interactive session
offers valuable strategies and real-world advice for current and
aspiring leaders.
