Workshop Description:
Every organization is unique to itself with different leaders and variety of groups and employees. We will look at some of keys to organizational behavior through the lens of the organization itself as well as individuals and their interactions within groups. What are some of the different behaviors, perceptions and attitudes that we bring to work that impact the dynamics of the people we work with.
This will be an interactive workshop learning about us and the impact we can have on the organization and others! Learning tools, assessments, and group discussions!
In this workshop we are going to look at the following:
• What is ‘Organizational Behavior’ and why explore it?
• Why is it important to understand our behaviors and that of others at work? How do they impact the workplace?
• Understanding our personality, our perceptions and our attitudes
• Exploring workplace diversity and the intergenerational workplace
• Creating positive workplace and motivation
When: Thursday, January 29, from 8:30-3pm (registration 8am)

Presented By: Cindy Schisler has an extensive background in Organizational Learning and Development. Cindy has worked in that capacity at Wright State University for 21 years. In her tenure at the university Cindy worked as Director of the Center for Performance Excellence where she developed, delivered, and evaluated a variety of customized employee development training programs and initiatives, not only for the university, but for organizations throughout the Greater Miami Valley addressing their unique organizational needs. Cindy worked with all levels of employees on a variety of professional development programs, organizational development initiatives, supervisor and leadership development and provided one on one coaching.
