52nd Annual Americana Parade- Live on MVCC

Celebrate the Americana Festival’s 52nd Year with the Parade on MVCC Channel 5

Volunteers, cameras and a drone all combine to produce this fantastic, televised event for viewers

On July 4, 2025, the Centerville-Washington Township Americana Festival will celebrate its 52nd year as Ohio’s largest Fourth of July Festival with a street fair, 5K run, and a parade cablecast live by the Miami Valley Communications Council (MVCC) at 10:00am on Spectrum Channel 5. With over 200 units, including bands, floats, and performers, this year’s parade is set to be the biggest and best yet!

Producing the live television event is made possible with the help of a talented team of MVCC volunteers on camera and audio. Announcing the parade will be Centerville Communications Director Kate Bostdorff and Dave Paprocki. Aerial footage by drone will also be provided by MVCC.

The parade featured a recently revised route, with a turn onto Main Street permitting additional camera time for the parade participants. Audio support by Prevent Production Group will allow the announcers to broadcast to the crowd and interact with the parade floats.

If you miss the live cablecast, the parade can be viewed on MVCC Channel 5, and  Here on-demand LIVE.

The Miami Valley Communications Council operates four cable access channels with cable providers Spectrum TV and AT&T TV. Complete program schedule listings, as well as on-demand viewing, can be found at www.mvcc.video. MVCC was formed in 1975 as a council of governments representing the eight member cities of Centerville, Germantown, Kettering, Miamisburg, Moraine, Oakwood, Springboro, and West Carrollton.
