The 22-year-old new hires can find themselves working alongside colleagues who may be older than them by 50 years or more. The 60-year-old employee may find their supervisor to be 30 years old. How do you relate to employees of different age groups? How do you engage someone older, or younger, than you? How do you tap into the knowledge and talents of each generation?
