Managing Stress in our Life and Work
Stress is a fact of life for most of us. You cannot avoid stress, but you can learn to manage it so it doesn’t manage you. Stress impacts our health, our jobs, and relationships. The statistics are high and continue to climb.

In this workshop, we will explore the following:

· Discover what triggers stress and the effects of it
· Identify our personal stressors
· Understand the impact continued stress has on our health and work
· Discuss the three areas of our life that stress impacts the most; physical, psychological, and behavioral and what that looks like
· Discover how we can help manage our personal stress
· Understand how managers can help their employees manage work stress
· Take a personal stress management assessment
· Create a personal stress management plan
