With nearly 40 years combined experience in Human Resources, the City of Kettering HR Management team will guide you through the multi-faceted steps of hiring, supervising, evaluating, and disciplining employees.

Jenny Smith, HR Director; and Patti Houser and Amanda Harold, HR Managers from the City of Kettering will present this workshop, which is beneficial not only for the new supervisor, but also for the experienced supervisor who is looking for a fresh approach to performance management.
