| Purpose: to develop yourself into your fullest potential as a leader; these sessions are particularly helpful for newer employees, or those who are (or will soon be) placed into leadership roles Course Description: this course will be held over a period of time touching on key concepts of effective leadership. it will consist of five workshop-style training on specific topic areas. it will be a blend of collaboration, individual, and hands-on approaches. upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
