This course will be held over a period of time touching on key concepts of effective leadership and is only for City of Springdale Ohio employees. The Training will consist of five workshop style training on specific topic areas. it will be a blend of collaboration, individual, and hands-on approaches. upon completion of the course participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Who should attend (open to Springdale Ohio Employee’s only):
New and existing supervisors, team or crew leads, or anyone with people responsibilities seeking to improve their supervisory effectiveness.

When: February to May 2023

Time: 9:00 am – Noon  -Session on each of the 5 days.

Fee: Springdale, Ohio Empolyee’s only: $35 per Session
(please note, if you register and do not attend or cancel within three days prior to training, your city will be charged the training fee)
