SEPTEMBER 6th & 7th 2022 – TIPP CITY The Supervisor Development Program focuses on critical skills needed for effective supervision and addresses many of the day to day demands and challenges of being a supervisor. This three day workshop is designed to be practical, engaging and provide ample opportunities to try out ideas and approaches. Presented By: Brenda Kraner, Ph.D., is the Program Director, Master of Organizational Leadership and Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership at Wilmington College. She is a leadership consultant with over 25 years of experience in improving individual and organizational performance. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from Otterbein University, an M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from Wright State University, and a Ph.D. in Workforce Development and Education from The Ohio State University. Jenny Smith, Patti Houser and Amanda Harold With nearly 40 years combined experience in Human Resources, the City of Kettering HR Management team will guide you through the often-dreaded task of evaluating your employees and establishing a more holistic approach to performance management. Jenny Smith, Human Resource Director; and Patti Houser and Amanda Harold, HR Managers from the City of Kettering will present this workshop, which is beneficial not only for the new supervisor, but also for the experienced supervisor who is looking for a fresh approach to performance management. |
