BACK SAFETY – REDUCING THE RISK OF INJURY - MAY 18, 2010 AT MVCC_- AM/PM Sessions

Back injuries are one of the leading causes of disability for people in their working years.  The direct and indirect costs of a back injury to employees and employers can been staggering.

This unique, hands on program will cover identification, prevention and mitigation of back injuries.

Across the nation, violence in the workplace has become a significant occupational hazard.  It can come from outside or within the workplace.  All workplaces, regardless of size or type have the potential for violence.  This program is designed to teach the who, what, when and why of workplace violence.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:  Both programs are designed to benefit all levels of employees. 

 Both programs are approved for 2.5 OEPA Contact Hours.
