The West Carrollton Home Fair and Family Fun Day is a good example of how municipalities can utilize the many promotional avenues from MVCC to highlight an event. The Home Fair has been promoted through several means, including: the monthly newsmagazine program West Carrollton Take a Closer Look; the weekly program West Carrollton Weekly Focus; a local cable commercial; and a banner ad placed on the MVCC web page.

Other promotional opportunities for cities looking to highlight an event include; the Submit a PSA online form at www.mvcc.net which lets MVCC create a graphic for the TV channels; MVCC Notes, a thirty-minute program produced at MVCC where municipal or non-profit organization guests can discuss activities; online video programming and email-sized videos for quick distribution of short programs. MVCC frequently produces commercials for our member cities to air on broadcast and cable television, saving thousands of dollars when compared to market rates from independent companies. Some MVCC commercials include Fraze Pavilion concert promotions and City of Kettering Parks and Recreation spots.
