The Miami Valley Communications Council welcomes PSAs from the community
and residents of the eight cities served by MVCC. We cannot guarantee all announcements
will be aired. However, every attempt will be made to accommodate PSAs submitted.
There is a limit of five PSAs per day. All submissions are on a first come, first served basis.
Events or messages that affect Montgomery, Greene and Warren counties will be accepted
provided the message is relevant to MVCC member cities.
The following information may NOT be included in a PSA:
- Advertising pertaining to products, services, lotteries or political candidates.
- Non-profit organizations may promote an event, but may NOT mention that funds are being
raised, or how the proceeds will be used.
- Any personal messages or information not relevant to the interests of the general public of the
MVCC viewing area will not be accepted.
Important Format Guidelines:
- Maximum characters allowed in your message is 140. This includes punctuation and spacing.
- We ask that messages be submitted at least two weeks prior to their requested running time.
- Messages run for seven days.
