MVCC Member Cities
Our eight member cities are Centerville, Germantown, Kettering, Miamisburg, Moraine, Oakwood, Springboro and West Carrollton. Delegates representing each of the eight member cities make up the council, the actual policy-making body which governs the Miami Valley Communications Council. MVCC was formed in 1975 as a council of governments to monitor, regulate, and administer common cable television franchise agreements, manage the operation of the council's cable access television channels, and develop and implement intergovernmental projects.

Affiliate Cities
In addition to eight full members, MVCC has affiliate members with whom we share information about cable television franchising and other regulation issues. Affiliate members are also offered discounts on the cost of many training programs provided by the Municipal Training Academy.
