29. Andrew Vincent House

Vincent purchased this lot in 1831 and immediately built his house. The double front doors are a unique feature to this building. Some of the original plaster, that contains animal hair for strength, can be seen. The two-story frame addition to the rear was made during the 1850s. This house, built of native limestone, has been restored.  For more information on our stone houses.
