Course Summary:
Emotional and Social Intelligence competencies are those “people skills” so vital for today’s leaders to not only possess, but to coach into their team members. A simple assessment along with detailed action planning built on the results will ensure leaders have the requisite knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to interact with others on a personal and professional level.
