10. Joseph Fisk House

27 W. Franklin St.

The two-story brick building was constructed before 1818.  A small stone building, located in the rear yard, may have served as a summer kitchen or a small house. It is now covered with stucco.

This house was once the home of Nathan Lincoln, a cousin of Abraham Lincoln.  Nathan was the village undertaker.  His son, William, lived and worked in Dayton and bought the first bicycle the Wright brothers built.
