Zenas Hines, who lived at 10 Maple Avenue, purchased this lot in 1858. Edward Davis built this fine Victorian home in 1910. The house is Queen Anne in character and the enlarged front windows are a unique feature of this house. The front porch is Classic Revival.  The two-story section to the east was added in 1993.
